Therapy Session


We provide a service for which we receive a fee. These fees vary according to the professional services offered and the amount of time provided. It is important to talk about payment on your first phone call or later discuss freely with your individual doctor or therapist.

Payment is through insurance, a combination of insurance and co-pay or deductibles, an HMO contract, or a self-pay plan. There are pros and cons to each, and we are willing to work with whichever method you choose. Understanding the payment methods and your insurance benefits will allow you to maintain control of the process. The payment of your bill is considered part of your treatment. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company directly if you wish.

Please submit payment directly through your secure patient portal, in the link below. Login to the patient portal is accessible with the email address provided during the intake process. (Password resets can also be enabled, with reset sent to your email address on file).
