In my work, I tend to use person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness approaches. I believe that through the therapeutic relationship and building on the strengths you already possess; healthy and positive change can take place. My clients often come to therapy seeking a safe environment to reflect, learn about themselves, and discover new ways to think and feel. You deserve to have someone who can hold space and be a compassionate ally in this process. I strive to offer unconditional support and empathy to give you the space to explore and grow. I want to support you in making choices that align with your values and bring you closer to the life you envision for yourself.
