Welcome! As a clinician who utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I take an affirmative and collaborative yet, compassionately challenging approach to therapeutic care, by supporting individuals in defining their goals and working through the barriers they are experiencing to achieve them.


My clinical areas include: Anxiety, Depression, College Students, Young Adults, LGBTQIA+ Community, Sex Therapy, and Mindfulness. 


My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals to process and gain insight into their personal life experiences. Together, we will look at how your body, emotions, and brain are working together and identify coping strategies that will best help you move toward your goals with ease. I’m here to provide support and guidance as you navigate through your own personal journey to uncover the strengths and resiliencies you already possess in order to create meaningful changes that you want to experience in your life, while challenging thoughts and behaviors that aren't helpful to your overall well-being.
