Rhionna Jubert, MS, LPC
Hi there, and welcome! I see therapy as a space where we can get curious together about what’s showing up in your life, without judgment or pressure to “fix” yourself. My approach is collaborative and affirming- I want you to feel like all parts of you are welcome in the therapeutic space, even the ones that might feel complicated or protective.
I use a mix of approaches, but I tend to lean most on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed practices. Together, we’ll explore how your different parts and your nervous system have learned to protect you, and how those strategies might still be showing up today.
At the core, my goal is to support you in reconnecting with your strengths, uncovering your resilience, and finding more ease in your daily life. We’ll work together at your pace, building a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered.
