Alexis Lockett-Glover, MS, LPC-IT
Alexis joins us on Fridays from our partner practice North Shore Psychotherapy Associates.
Ms. Lockett-Glover received her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Mount Mary University, with concentrations in clinical mental health and school counseling. She is licensed as a professional counselor in training in Wisconsin, and has therapy openings for children, adolescents, and adults. She has a diverse experience from working in educational settings as a teacher and a school counselor, to working with homeless families and youth around Milwaukee, as well as years of trauma-informed care working in social services and mental health.
Alexis has experience as a clinician treating those who have experienced various levels of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational concerns. Alexis tends to work from a person-centered eclectic approach, following the client’s lead on their journey towards healing. Her goal as a clinician is to assist clients in becoming their most authentic and genuine selves.
