Allison Grassel, MS, LPC-IT

​Allison joins us on Tuesdays from our partner practice North Shore Psychotherapy Associates.

Ms. Grassel received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. She is licensed as a professional counselor in training in the state of Wisconsin. She has experience providing individual psychotherapy with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, life transitions, identity development, and/or relationship struggles. She draws from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and strength based approaches.

 

Primarily, she works collaboratively with her clients to create therapeutic goals and find solutions that best fit the needs of the client. She strives to be non-judgmental and empathetic with the goal of providing her clients a space to feel safe to explore and process. She welcomes clients of diverse backgrounds and populations including those of all races, ethnicities, ages, religion, gender, ability, and sexual orientations. Ms. Grassel currently has therapy openings for adolescents and adults.
