As a registered dietitian working in the mental health space since 2017, Katelin Maidment, RD, help clients improve both their physical and mental health by addressing diet, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Katelin's work focuses on improving gut health, reducing inflammation, balancing blood sugars, and using nutrition as a tool for optimizing overall health. Katelin uses a very individualized approach to help each client meet their unique goals through personalized education, evidence-based research, and ongoing support.
Katelin's nutritional and metabolic therapies and clinical care focuses on how diet and metabolic functions may link with brain health and mental illness, offering food as an possible adjunct to wider treatment, including psychotherapy and psychiatry.
