I meet clients where they are in their lives and take good care to develop a relationship and alliance that promotes healing, growth, and change. I support young adults, to older adults experiencing a variety of challenges, transitions, and adversities that impact their mental health, emotional well-being, and ability to live and function in the ways they desire.

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and systems-informed.

I am experienced in working with individuals with intellectual-developmental disabilities & neurocognitive disorders, as well as their family members, caregivers, and support professionals. I am here to provide compassionate care to folx who find themselves in a variety of stages relating to healing, exploration, recovery, and change.

Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, identity,
interpersonal relationships, grief, emotional regulation, womxn’s issues, and coping skills.

Techniques that I consider and explore include somatic, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, solution focused, motivational interviewing, energy psychology, and ecotherapy.
