Choosing to seek counseling can be a major step towards making positive changes in your life. I believe people are at their best when they accept their authentic selves and welcome opportunities for positive change through reflection and growth.

My main focus as a counselor is to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for the client to share authentically and honestly about what is happening in their life. During our time together, we will work collaboratively utilizing the client’s strengths, exploring different perspectives, and improving their overall quality of life. I have had the privilege of working with adults in a variety of roles and welcome the opportunity to meeting clients where they are at in their journey.
